    Thanks. Alas my daddio has been admitted to hospital. He's doing fine now, and looking much better. But we cannot help but worry. Its made me realise my interactions with people should be even more inline with my new years resolutions of being a decent honorable person.

    What is anger but a short term loss of control that masks the kernal of love within us? Realise that, and anger becomes something we can watch evolve and wither within us.
