Grid Manager

Whilst going through some Management Theory and Project Management sites, I found something on Grid Management Theory that I hadn't come across before.

I took the test ... and based on the following Grid Theory... my results were:

Your Dominant Style: The 9,9 Style - Sound (Contribute and Commit)
Your Backup Style: The 1,9 Style - Accommodating (Yield and Comply)

Again, I am an INFP / ENFP.

Consistency eh.

I just sat this test and got the same results as you did. I'm an INTP.

    What can it all mean?

    also weird

am total reverse. 1,9 dominant, 9,9 backup.
    am i a failure?

I guess this stuff only interests those who ponder on the ins and outs of the human psyche. Its true, many a person has excelled and triumphed without once ever introspected or undergone a grid survey. I for one, quite like looking into things such as this.

The results only mean something to you if you want them to. Thats the beauty of it.
