You Are What You Eat

Inspired by the book (see blog post below) I have started a Food Diary. I will keep it for 10 days to note just how bad my diet is.

    I missed the comments button on the post below too... this is one of the reasons why I like reading Blogs: you occasionally run into some really lovely stuff.

    Might I also recommend you have a look at Lisa Whiteman's blog? She talks about mostly the same stuff as everyone else (mobile phone is about to die, got mice in my kitchen, cycled to work today etc. etc.) but her writing has a real transcendant quality to it... I'd be interested to know what you think of it mate...
